Gogobadger is the place to find "happy dog & cat" magnets. Each is one-of-a-kind and made by hand. Each magnet scene is a collage made from the little details clipped from magazines, fun characters taken from surplus quilting fabric and maybe a bit of lace and ribbon.

Laura's inspiration comes from two dogs, Murphy and Jack, and a rabbit, Bugs, and the little dog and cat characters on the fabric who want to be on the magnets where they can hang around looking delightful.

Nicole of Luminosities loves making art and jewelry. Each of her pieces is either one of a kind (OOAK) or, rarely, limited edition. Odds are, you'll never see someone else wearing the same thing.

In addition to the jewelry staples of necklaces, bracelets and earrings, she also offers Everywhere Charms. These can be hung from purses, zippers or pet collars.

She also creates singular 3D magnets, based on a theme. She has Goth magnets, astrological magnets and more. Nicole uses paper, paint, genuine gemstones, acrylic jewels and almost anything else that speaks to her to create these unique assemblage art magnets.

Nicole loves all animals. She had the great good fortune to be involved with a wildlife sanctuary where she was privileged to do such things as bottle feed wolf cubs, give a tiger a bath and take a lion for a walk on a leash. She still marvels at the experience.

In addition to donating a portion of her Etsy proceeds to animal charities, she's also a notorious cat rescuer. She has recently founded and is President of the Board of Directors of Not Without My Pet, a nonprofit dedicated to assisting victims of domestic violence and their animal companions.

I sell polymer clay home desor, jewelry and animals. Luv those animals. Was thinking of donating a percentage to one of the big groups but found you when I satred looking.

We worked with a local zoo about 20 years ago to make a line of pins in polymer clay, trying to focus on the animals the zoo had and the endangered one. We resued our Manchester from a breeder as we look at it, and our Cocker Spaniel came from the pound. If the land and finances were available there wouldn't be a dog at the pound.

At Two Stray Cats you will find creations for your home and your heart - ranging from boutique style pillows to hand crafted notebooks to gifts for the little ones in your life.

Two Stray Cats is named for Lily's two fur babies.

Lily's husband Gabe found the first stray cat one day last summer at his place of work, covered in oil, starving and very thirsty. Lily decided to name this kitten Koru which in Maori translates to new beginnings (although now living in Canada Lily is originally from New Zealand).

The second of the Two Stray Cats is named Sam. He is a big, fluffy black and white boy with cross-eyes and front legs that are considerably shorter than his hind legs (kind of like a wheelbarrow!). Sam chose to come and live with Lily, Gabe and Koru this past winter which here in the Great White North is a very wise time to find a home!).

Lily and her Two Stray Cats are looking forward to helping other animals in need by way of donation through her Etsy shop sales.

Artist: Kay

Role: Member since 2009

Kay paints, paints, and paints. She is a decorative painter by trade, and now she's making floorcloths from artist canvas. The canvas is seamed, double primed on top, primed once on bottom, double base coated on both sides, painted with design, and then sealed with six coats of poly per side. As such, floorcloths are quite durable and great for people with animals, as they're easily cleaned with soap and water. You don't have to give up great design (even though you would!) in order to open your home to animals in need.

So far, Kay has delved into mehndi inspired (traditional Indian wedding henna), French country (who can resist it?), and El Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) designs for these projects. As a little twisty bit, she customizes the Day of the Dead projects to celebrate the lives of our pets that have passed on.

All products Kay uses are water based, and she's hoping to go completely green as well as branch out to other paintables as she grows in her efforts.

Kay and her husband have five furbabies, and they're hoping for one who's maybe not so furry. After Kay's inlaws gave them their first pup, they adopted a rescued puppy-mill mama and an injured Chihuahua/Jack Russell. Then, they found a Lhasa on the side of the highway, and they heard another Lhasa was to be taken to the pound because her owner couldn't afford a pet deposit. She came home with them instead.

Kay began to fret, because five was all they felt they could handle. What if they found another dog or heard of one in need of a home? Then, of course, Kay found Betsy. She had a collar, but no tag- the collar didn't mean much anyway, since she had ticks the size of Texas and came up heartworm positive. During treatment for that and a bum bladder, Kay and her husband found Brazoria County Humane Society, an organization which allowed them to foster Betsy while assisting them in finding her a wonderful new forever home. They're so happy to have found BCHS. And, bonus- BCHS is animal and people friendly, which really suits Kay and her husband. They like people, too.

Kay will happily donate 10% of each Etsy sale to the EFA Animal Charity of the Month. She's so grateful to be able to do this, because all she seems to be doing lately for animals is recruiting Facebook friends to her causes and clicking on The Animal Rescue Site.
