Howards' Home sells hand made Organic Cat Nip Toys.

The front is 100% cotton unbleached muslin fabric, hand painted with a cute kitty design. The back is made from 100% cotton with an all over printed kitty design fabric. The tail is made of 100% hemp cord and the inside is 100% cotton fill and 100% organic "homegrown" highly potent cat nip.

Lora and her family own several pets that have been rescued from local humane societies. A dog named Maggie, two cats.. Jordan & Nikki. Alos two gerbils (Itchy and Twitchy), and several Angel fish in a 40 gallon tank. Joanie was a cat that lived a long life in the Howard home, and died of old age a few years ago. She was loved very much and is missed very much. All animals that live in the Howard Household are treated like family members and sometimes even better.

Inspired by the life of our beloved bunny, Peter Butter Jelly who passed away on Jan. 7th, 2009, the creation of the Peter Butter Jelly line and 15% of the sales from that line will go to his shelter. (Santa Barbara chapter of Bunnies Urgently Needing Shelter- B.U.N.S). Kahea Designs also sells handmade hawaiian hair pieces and jewelry, as well as a variety of other fun goodies!

In addition to donating 15% of all the items sold under the Peter Butter Jelly line to Santa Barbara B.U.N.S., Kahea Designs also volunteers at B.U.N.S., mostly socializing and taking photographs of the animals up for adoption <3

Currently, StarSapphire is a shop that sells the most adorable crocheted toys (amigurumi). Everything from tiny ducklings to bunnies to signature Bonbon Bears can be found there. The shop is only 2 months old and expanding quickly, so be on the lookout for more as well as different items to arrive. 100% of the proceeds from StarSapphire's Charity Bears go to the causes they support.

Sarah, the shop owner, loves animals of all kinds. She has two cats from the Tompkins County SPCA that were raised there by a foster mom cat that kept them alive when they were tiny kittens. She hopes that you will help her make a difference in the world! :-)
